I think you're reading it wrong. See my post just now for my view of things.
I think it's a good thing as it lowers placement capacity and the fact management are working out their placement capacity suggests they are negotiating a placement as we speak, possibly to the strategic investors who presumably have just done site visits.
Because we have BCC funding, drilling at Adina underway and iCobalt fast approaching, my view is that any placement will be at a premium ($0.25-30).
