"Recoverable nickel" is the key wording in that statement. As other posters have pointed out, not all of that 0.28% will be recoverable as it will be locked in silicates. This is not a new style of potential nickel deposit.
FYI Mt Keith Resource from BHP mineral resource statement (2021) is 224Mt @ 0.53% Ni, Yakabindi is 414 Mt @ 0.61% Ni.
