I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge, I found your post very helpful for understanding the complexities of the nickel industry and cyclical nature of it all. My investing background has been primarily in lithium, gold and tech thus far, but I came across WMG in my research recently and was very impressed by the management of the company, as well as the massive exploration estimate for Mulga Tank.
I am convinced that the management here are trustworthy, genuinely want to create shareholder wealth and carry out the work that they do to an exceptionally high standard.
I did some rough calculations, just out of interest, and it genuinely blew my mind:
1 billion tonnes @ 0.3% nickel = 3,000,000 tonnes of nickel 3 million tonnes of nickel @ even $17,000 tonne (conservatively) = $51 Billion $51 billion divided by 250 million SOI = $204 per share
I'm not saying that the share price will reach that, but even one tenth of that result is still $20.40 per share (51 times growth from here, or 5100%).
That's wild to think about and personally, for me, has to be one of the best value propositions on the entire ASX.
