Valid comments and one I wonder about also. I've heard Wyloo doesn't start to make money unless Ni is $20K/tonne, not sure about BHP they could completely shut up shop in August.
I've also read the Indos are hurting at the current Ni price and are starting to limit supply. It's a cyclical commodity.
Two years ago it was it and a bit, but because of high prices battery manufacturers researched alternative chemistries like LFP. But solid state if it does eventuate requires nickel.
At the end of the day we don't know what's going to happen but the minerals space is cyclical. Better to buy when it's not hot and sell when its hot. WMG has a lot ahead of it, although $1 within a month is a real possibility of they find a big Ni sulphide source. If this hole misses it could go to 15c again. That's the risk with the microcap end of the market.
