I reckon they are still thinking about it.
Normally, 9 out of 10 CR's are done before the ann hits the market.
So the CR peeps are already set with an agreement.
Most peeps think that when the pump hits and it stops, it is the pump price that encouraged the CR price.
No, the deal was done days before the ann comes out, that's why they get funding.

They need 3 mil I'd say to get drilling done.
So 3mil at 4c each would be a Coup-detat....... another 75mil units
So MTM will go from 95 mil units, to about 300mil units in short time, including the current deal of 100mil units and options.
Fark me man, that's major dilution.
