this is my take on what is happening right now
The environmental approval is very close to be released hopefully by end of two weeks , in my humble opinion

Prior to any major news release, there is always a big shake up. I like to take advantage of that, hence I added to my large stake

AVL has been climbing, despite the fact some posters talking about short term vanadium weakness, so I am not buying the argument about low vanadium price as a reason for TMT low share price

AVL is going up and traders on here are liquidating TMT to buy into AVL

Once TMT releases the good major news which in this case the environmental approval, the money will move from AVL back to TMT

Would love to see more weakness to load more
