@TommyTrader... IMO this blatant disregard for facts by posters is equally damaging to EM1, as any negative press or announcements. It creates doubt about posters intentions & why there is any hype around the stock.
The announcement doesn't give any clear financial information, with a note referring to previous announcements for terms of agreement.
If you look them up, it is still clear as mud; "Emerge will receive a proportion of net revenue generated by the MTN Arena platform; Net revenue is determined after agreed direct costs and taxes;"
The billing is done by MTN, so this is not the additional income stream that you allude to & previous financial releases do not indicate a similar income or profit % relative to subscriber numbers.
