    Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1) (“Emerge”or the“Company”), the operator of online eSports and casual gaming competition and tournament platform technology, is pleased to advise that MTN Arena has achieved the milestone 10,000 new subscribers.

    Effectiveness of Marketing Campaign for MTN Arena

    Phase 1 of the marketing campaign commenced last week (ASX: 10 August 2020– ‘Emerge –MTN ArenaMarketing Campaign Commences’). Shortly thereafter, the MTN Arena platform achieved 10,000 new subscribers demonstrating the effectiveness of the campaign. This early result, bolstered by the commencement of substantial MTN funded marketing initiatives, sets a strong benchmark for the platform performance.

    Early platform metrics are demonstrating exceptional performance in live operation. The user adoptionmetrics show that the platform’s value propositionis appealing to subscribers. Over the coming months, Emerge looks forward to reporting on MTN Arena platform metrics that will be driven by substantial marketing initiatives.

    Revenue and Value Proposition to Subscribers

    MTN Arena generates revenue through billing a daily subscription fee against mobile subscriber accounts when they subscribe to the MTN Arena platform. The value proposition is that subscribers will pay R3 per day (~A$0.26 per day, equivalent to ~A$7.80 per month) to enter into competitions involving their favourite mobile social games, earn rewards and win prizes of R100,000 per month (~A$8,500) across the tournaments offered.
