It wasn't a 'banned' watchlist you are either banned, on a watchlist or free.

They have been banned or deemed illegal in a couple of countries and other countries have them on the watchlist however there is nothing illegal about being on a watchlist however high caution should be exercised IMO and what authorities are recommending.

If Greg has done the DD and is okay with them then that is all that matters as he is the one in control of the company as shareholders you can either stay or leave or even buy more shares and that is what you can control.

There is nothing wrong with working with a company on a watchlist if everything is okay it is the same as nothing wrong working with an accused fraudster it is only once convicted or the company collapses are issues more prevalent.
