I visited two of their dealerships today in an effort to buy a bike. I spent many of my years in the motor trade from sales to leadership. I have never seen or experienced a more pathetic attempt at retail sales in my life. Poor presentation. I had to find a staff member at both locations and in the second location I just had to leave the keys of the bike on a desk and go home as there was nobody to be found in that franchise or the Honda one next door. Nobody!! Showroom full of bikes and accessories and not a soul to be found. No introduction, nobody asked my name. When I asked the first if he could tell me a little about a bike he asked me what I wanted to know. What happened to qualifying and knowing your product. Honestly it was sad what has happened to this business. it's absolutely no surprise that the share price is in the toilet.
