Sounds like management needs to train their staff up at those stores. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful at the stores I have frequented. Its typical in retail, all depends on the staff working in the stores. Some are good some not so good. You're not wrong re share price, but its been a great run up from the lows in April. Hopefully the upward momentum can be maintained.
