To follow on from this.
JORC is set up to protect all concerned. Including the company itself.
The company will obviously want to present a viable product that it believes can make money for all.
To protect those that willing to put their money forward with the hope of getting a return, the JORC system put in place to make sure that all is above board. Which is everything from. Quality control at the drilling stage, including down hole survey, sample collection, splitting or cutting techniques for sample dispatch. Through to metallurgy/mineral recovery at the mining/processing stage. And all in between. So it does take a lot of time.
And quite rightly so.
