This guy was one of the few who backed dick smith all the way down because of 'their store rollout strategy and loyalty program' I'm not saying I saw it coming but man, he's had some stinkers - do a quick Google and it should come up, lucky for us he writes / wrote for the australian and put this stuff on the record where he couldn't remove it (unlike the company website)
