    Can you site the Scheme of arrangement section that states this? I spent a few hours reading through the scheme, and couldn't find any clarification on it.
    I also note that MUA haven't got back to shareholders on what happens if no response is given back to the company, forcing them to sell the Lifull shares after 3 months.
