Vet14 - You could well be right. However I assumed capital raising through MUA stock would need to be announced through the appropriate ASX forms? I also understand that it's reasonably common commercial practice for investment vehicles controlled by companies to have seperate equity structures. But you are correct, the information available is quite ambiguous.
