Looks like Lifull has about $89m AUD in cash & equivs based on this:

If the majority of the shareholders have moved to 20k positions like people here have, then we may have an issue on their end.

$0.80 is about $180m in market cap, of which lifull only has 50% coverage.

There are still risks to this deal, and I am buying CFO at the moment which to me has a lot more upside.

I will come back to this if I see management focused on growth with no deal distraction.
