Anybody with industry experience able to comment on the viability of the above options - it's certainly something that I know nothing about.

Neither Arc nor Aurizon would pay for the rail. It's too risky as they only operate the network, they don't own it. Would have to be state government. Talison do a good job of trucking lithium to Bunbury...but probably not a fair comparison.
