My opinmion only but likely to need purpose built rolling stock matching under-rail capacity with appropriate wheel loading. There will be an under-rail cost (covering maintenance), above rail cost for actual transporting and of course port costs, all based on Tonnes. Front-end Loader seems an unlikely choice in my opinion. There will need to be product stockpiles based on product differentiation. I do not know whether the highest quality product will be bagged, possibly large sack requiring some cranage, a stacker and reclaimer for the higher volume product loaded in bulk into wagons by conveyor. Just thinking out loud.
