Exactly the long term plan we will need as a Tier 1 company but we aren't that yet and will need cash in the short term.

  it is a dedicated freight line so low upgrading cost for the rail owners (not us).
The front end loader is probably the wrong configuration to load rail - the idea is low cost & mobile, short term. 
the port is under-utilized, so is the railway, both need the trade & money so does the State Gov. 'Perfect storm' for a new company.

So far everything Ive thought was big risk/problem there is a simple 'walk around the obstacle' solution - literally - if theres a Black Cockatoo in a tree (death knock for many WA projects) they can just make an island and work around it!!!.

 Bruce & Co are old school creative thinkers, a very interesting year ahead.
