that is very true Koala , however from my understanding current infrastructure and export capacity would bately satisfy one such resource let alone two and ultimately might be a choice over who has the better product, assuming similar time lines to production of course. IMO it could prove problematic to have your major competitor competing for the same infrastructure and export mechanism, and the transaction would work better for VRX rather than the other way round as CRB's resource appears better from what information i can see.
