I am not convinced on the future economic value of this sand as it (mostly) sits under a nature reserve, with a bit of airforce defence land as well. The VRX project is on farmland.
Surely there will be a big bunfight to mine it. The vague sat map disguises its location. Is this just buying out a mates dud dream?
