Id say the reason it hasn’t progressed with the EPA simply coming down to the fact that it’s an unnecessary outlay of funds at this point in time when the project is seen as the last cab off the rank within the portfolio of projects we possess.
It’a quite funny watching all the once rampers quickly flip their sentiment as the SP headed south, even though the business is in a much better position than it was 18 months ago.
