The tenement will never get granted, this was pegged 6 years ago and the tenements surrounding it were pegged 16 years ago and will never go to grant probably be cause of the Yeal Nature Reserve.
I don't understand this "deal" as you cannot transfer a tenement until it's granted, and it clearly will never get granted let alone move to a mining lease. Why bother with cost of drawing up contracts of sale when nothing will ever happen?? It's not costing Aaron anything and he's out of pocket $2k for the upfront rent and the application fee.
