I'd say that is very likely, supply is tight. Interestingly, for the last two days there has been zero action in the aftermarket auction, and that's never happened before. The 17.5c seller pulled just before close of normal business.
The story just gets better, more goals are being achieved. An MOU or an offtake agreement can't be far off with at least one of the prospective Asian consumers Ventnor have been courting.
