It’s insanely good. Does anyone disagree with my understanding that Phase 2 €209m capex can be funded entirely from FCF, but they are €98m short on Phase 1 capex if debt funding is €300m out of €398m, so inevitably, there is going to be some kind of placement in Q1 22 to finalise the funding? How would this work? Would 20% do the trick? Once that’s out of the way and assuming the strategic partner brings some value add in addition to the funding package, I imagine the market can re-rate appropriately. Thoughts?
