    Yes apples, in hindsight you are probably right. I did think that once we got the approval it would bolt but yes 30% is good. I am still underwater so after 4 1/2 years I’m a bit over it. But today was a good day. Massive bargain at this price given the approval. Hopefully onwards and upwards
