Bourie, what do you expect? I would like to know what you would be doing if they accepted your CV.

What I read is that HFR has done everything that has been required of them and are working on all of the required projects in parallel in lead up to go ahead by the Government. They are pushing ahead on the side keeping the process moving putting subtle pressure on the Government to give the go ahead.
Yes, it is a waiting game and we are all frustrated.
To say they are doing nothing is plain silly. (Perhaps you say this in jest)

You may have not worked with Foreign Governments before. Believe me, it is not easy. The Government has the balance of power and they know it.

Suggest you keep your CV in your bottom drawer.........I don't want to sell out just yet...
