Fezz, you make some valid points and yes, I recall, we did discuss an 'imminent start'.
I have always been optimistic because I genuinely believe this is going to happen.
That said, I completely agree that this has taken far too long but I do not concur with some of the negativity surrounding the management. It may be valid but for me, I just don't know so I won't be drawn into any discussion in regards to their competence. The question of competence may be better asked of those sitting on the other side of the table...
As to your question, I don't have any point where 'enough is enough'. This has gone into the bottom drawer for the time being. It's not on my radar as it is not a big investment circa 100,000 shares with a cost is 60c.

I am a patient and optimistic person.
This has progressed too far for the Government to throw it out...IMO.
