    Yes so why are you invested in RMX if you think the following your own words?

    they make decision where to drill and they make as well decision that scratching with drilling rigs around empty artisanal pits will be enough.

    Maybe balance in the bank is health but management is very unhealthy.

    IMHO they should fired Geo. and employed a few locals into their place.
