    Hi Jim,
I was a little p'd when I wrote that, mainly as I didn't keep a close eye on the timing of the ANN..... so yea its a LOL comment on my behalf so I'll put my hand up for that one! But if you think companies have no knowledge of what is happening and they do not act on that knowledge then ya gotta LOL on that too....

This trade for me was simply a gamble as I bought in on the impending ANN - I said to my wife "I wanna make $1000 today so we can go to Vienna for the weekend". I live in Europe. Not a LT holder nor heavily invested, so I didn't at all blow my wad or dint my portfolio too bad really, $1000 down nothing to sneeze at, but we still went on a weekend trip - we went to Hamburg instead of Vienna, by car so a little less spectacular lol....if you see my next post I explain about spec mining (to someone else) and the fun of it and also that until you've taken a few hits you learn to take it on the chin and move onto the next one as it could be your new BMW or what ever it is you are interested in.

Gambling is what I did and I came up short, not my usual strategy but yea hype was real, until it wasn't. Of course I did my research and it really was a chance that the ANN was a great one equally it was the flipside that came out. Should have gone to the casino, at least the beer is cheap!

That aside, I still do believe the company and major SH's had - some - knowledge of their results well before they released the ANN - like most companies. I understand the company has no obligation to release minute by minute Ann's (morally or whatever) to SH's or the market in general, but the timing and history of a tinge of dodgyness of the company's management (this is mentioned multiple times throughout RMX's forums, by LT holders), it just seemed a 'lil fishy, so I questioned it..... they would have known the results for some time before releasing the ANN, maybe long enough to move some money around who knows.

It would be good to see a sell or who was selling transactions list/chart for the week of 15/01 - 19/01 (just before the ANN was dropped) then maybe my points could be proved or disproved. We know people were buying in anticipation of a good ANN during the couple of days prior to the ANN but if we can see who was selling off before 10am on the 19th of Jan then we can know if something was untoward. I'm happy to be disproved if that were the case, I can accept my fouls.

I do feel for those who really had a lot invested. On to the next one.

169 million volume in 1 day is impressive in either direction!!

    cheers!
