    'whispers on the street' is exactly that - just whispers. And definitely not material information.

    I doubt any news considered as 'market sensitive' coming from the DRC will be divulged.

    On another note, it seems there's continued accumulation by Shaw & Partners with much thanks to updated broker data from @bossivic via twitter.
