You should look it up.
Condensate is a gas when its deep underground - in our case, at 3000 plus metres; due to the higher temperature, but at room temperature when it reaches the surface, it becomes a liquid. That is our light HC, not heavy HC. Condensate is light HC.
When he said heavier HC, he meant heavier than methane (gas).
