I think the key all are over looking and is why the OTC price spiked at the end of day is this. Clearly IVZ has great info & results while they had lots of potential partners prior to drilling. Now those partners are far more attracted to this prospect. When Scott said they redid the contract for 12 months we all know that means maybe $40-$70 or more million in spending to keep for this rig for such a long period and drill multiple welds. Ok, so Scott to me clearly has selected a big pocketed partner that he will disclose soon. Contracting for 12 months with limited to close to no cash is odd. But he did it and the Rig 200 owner ok'd the long term extension. He was made aware of where the cash will come from tol. To me Scott knows he can afford it because he has selected solid backing.
