Fully agree, those who were invested in FAR would well remember how the the Big Men muscled their way into control, via partisan interpretation of contracts & agreements including preemptive rights, etc, playing the long expensive legal game with their in-house lawyers against the FAR minnow. FAR discovered the asset however shareholders eventually ended with virtually nil. Right and wrong don't matter when it's the $B company(s) legal team versus a small companies legal and time delay (deliberate tactic) works in favour of the big boys who are happy to acquire the asset for peanuts with time not being of the essence for them.

IVZ MUST maintain control / operator ship of at least 50.1% to ensure that they are not stewed over like FAR was. It's worthwhile to study FARs epic journey in this regard. My rant for the day!
