Like VOGC has suggested in the notes, and I have had similar thoughts, if they are confident based on M1 data, it may just need a quick splash and dash to get M2 over the line with Baobabs remaining capital.

It’s an unknown factor, circumstances, possibly the weather, have given IVZ a chance to regroup and clean house. Given the direction things were going it is a godsend, albeit the delay of Baobab is annoying short term but long term some things needed to be ironed out before proceeding further. Pushing forward with M2 is important now and the rig staying on-site allows that to be facilitated quicker.
