that's not the way I read it. They went into a halt because the tools stopped working. They then fixed the tools and restarted and then got stuck. Fishing operation could have started anytime from the weekend to yesterday. Plus it say the tool 'is stuck' not 'was stuck'. But yeah, just a matter of time - if they can retrieve it. If not there is few million gone for the 'lost in hole charge' and maybe even another side track or plug and abandon. The journey continues....
