Did anyone else notice that the MK-2 location is almost exactly where Mobil planned to drill their exploration well (Mzarabani-1) back when they still held this acreage? And also very close to where @VOGC predicted, so well done there!

I wonder if what Scott saw in the seismic for the Post-Dande was a distraction that drove the decision to drill further South with MK-1 and now we’re going back to the sweet spot for the Upper Angwa. Mobil definitely knew how to sniff out a discovery back then.

If you look back at our first presentations back in 2018 this is also the location that Invictus were planning to drill the first well before they progressed with the new seismic (slide 8 and 9 here).
