There is a contradiction regarding residual gas in the Pebbly Arkose in well M1. In the JRI 19 YouTube video at 50 minutes, Scott said that some of the Pebbly Arkose layers have residual gas, which you would expect being down dip near the gas-water contact in well M1. However, the text you provide appears to suggest the whole of the Pebbly Arkose at M1 has residual gas? Agreed, the updip location at M2 is a sensible choice well away from the gas-water contact.
