Maybe however without a flow test and it's deemed a discovery albeit without flow test confirmation a portion of the prospective resources can be upgraded into contingent resources? So a step towards the end goal of commercial proven reserves in such a scenario.
Look at GGE searching for helium in Utah they declared a discovery as they flowed helium to surface but as their flow rate was abysmal their share price got hammered.
So a flow rate seems critical unless there is high confidence that fracking/stimulation will get the gas to flow regardless?
