Might be different Field Engineers but they're working for the same company and most likely the same line managers. You can have the best FEs but if they're not getting support from their base then things will go pear shaped like they did on M-1.
My experiences with a service company running tools that aren't their own have been mainly bad. If we're lucky we might have someone from NOV on the crew to make up for any gaps in working knowledge of the NOV tools on the part of the Baker Engineers.
Still.....maybe this time around I'll be surprised?
