    Ignore the downrampers.
    The risk / reward after today's announcement is really very compelling now.
    Surprised this is still below 20c.
    I think we will trade up early next week - IVZ could be one of those stocks that trades much higher subsequent to news releases vs. on the day...
    Just pick up a few more IVZ @ 15.5c.
