If you're referring to the photo of the rig site visitors.......if it was taken14 hours ago then that means they've been drilling the current hole section without drill pipe or a BOP in place.
We simply don't drill any hole section in a well that has any chance of intersecting hydrocarbons without a blow out preventer attached to the well head.....it's dumber than dumb...and it's highly illegal.
