It is all starting to seem that the sampling tool failure, wire line snagging on the well are symptoms of a wider issue with the drilling operation which has not been disclosed... " during the sample clean up (removal of drilling mud filtrate from reservoir to obtain a clean and representative fluid sample)" does this not suggest that packer is not able to seal up against the wall?
