    Not sure why everyone expects it to be before open on any particular day.
    IF the ASX is open when a sample gets to surface we will halt.....what ever time of the day.
    IF the ASX is not trading we will get a halt on the next trading day IMO.

    The point is a trading halt could come at any time.
