the danger is that given the tool failure looks to have happened at the back end of last week - if news leaked through that there was "tool failure" and the market wasn't advised and there was a run on the stock then everyone would be asking wtf was going on. it's certainly not helping with anyone's nerves on this one, but on balance even though it is within the timeframe the right move is to announce and continue to push on. let's just get the bloody sample to surface.
