It's not complicated. If discovery comes after trading hours, then President first, while announcement prepared for ASX release before trading the following day, detailing discovery...

Not sure how the rules work for the OTC shares in USA, but most likely a TH with results pending and no further information.. I can hear the collective groan from punters here should such an announcement appear, saying nothing...

Right now there is no TH, there is no Ann, as they are yet to bring a sample to surface for reasons that are not 100% known. Hence the SP is where it is.

I hope they do bring a sample up over the weekend, if not an explanation of where they are up to and what is happening on Monday would be nice, without this the market will make its own mind up accordiingly.
