Acknowledging not having a good understanding of the specifics of the sample retrieval process, which I imagine is also the position of most of the market, I would have liked some more detail as to the cause of the failures and why it is anticipated it will not happen again. Without that detail it’s very easy to fill in the gaps with a fearful view that IVZ is getting new tools to keep trying to do the same thing that has failed twice already.
