    could it be IVZ asked VOGC to release that post sunday knowing full well what might happen with todays annoucement. No one will ever know. Could it be that Kiwi needed a day off to do chores and Scotty read this and advised him against that. Maybe we are all getting conned hope not as i like everyone else here relies on this stock to retire.
