I do not believe Trove has been proven right because:
- Only a series of DST can establish if the reservoirs are commercial.
- The M-2 MDT results on wireline confirmed moveable gas condensate following cleanout of mud filtrate
- Porosities up to 15% expected in the Upper Angwa. Differential sticking would not have occurred if the Upper Angwa sands were not permeable
- Lower Angwa below about 3400m MD believed to be over-pressured
- Lower Angwa is likely to contain high NTG massive sands with high potential for multiple Tcf down to 4500m MD at M-2
At least by allowing the MDT over the top part of the Lower Angwa, there will be a chance to collect at least one sample without having to increase the mud weight over the Upper Angwa.
