Ann: Mukuyu-2 sidetrack drilling successfully commenced, page-52

Just out of curiosity, what is the meaning/implication of the bolded portion of the following excerpt from the news release:

"Since the last update, the Mukuyu-2 well was plugged back with cement above the 9⅝” casing shoe (atapproximately 1,966m Measured Depth (mMD) and drilling to kickoff the Mukuyu-2 ST1 (sidetrack) wellwas initiated and successfully achieved with 100% new formation drilled."

Was this included to indicate that the drill bit did not follow the original wellbore but rather immediately kicked off into the new borehole? For example, if the number had been 80%, would that mean that the drillbit drilled out the concrete fill of the original borehole for a little ways before it successfully started drilling the new borehole?
